Preparing for Sustainable Scale Up Conference

This conference offers participants the opportunity to understand the challenges of scaling up their food and drink business. The conference, which is hosted by Food and Drink Wales and the Food and Drink Wales Industry Board, will offer a valuable day of briefings, insights and networking across the food and drink industry, funders and investors and scale up experts.
The aim of the conference will be to prepare food and drink businesses to plan their scale up journey, whether going from micro to small, small to medium, or medium to large.
Meet the Investor/Scale up expert
This session aims to connect food and drink producers with potential investors or scale up experts through face to face meetings during the conference. Food and drink producers will be able to explore different sources or types of funding or support which may be suitable to help grow their business. Funders, investors and scale up experts will be available to meet food and drink producers which are looking for investment and support with scaling up their business.
How does it work?
- Register and complete your profile
- If you are a food or drink producer, provide a summary of your business and areas of funding or support in which you are interested
- If you are a fund provider, investor, or scale up expert, provide a summary of the types of food or drink businesses you are interested in, fund size, and types of funding or support you offer
- Browse through the profiles and request meetings with businesses, investors, or experts you wish to meet
- A personalised schedule of meetings will be provided and support will be available during the day
